Working as the house director, or "house mom," at the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority house brings me immense joy. It's a role that combines kitchen and property management with the warmth of hospitality, all to create a supportive and positive living and learning environment for the members. I'm in the house full-time, so there's always a responsible adult available to handle any issues that arise.

The young women who live here are a constant source of inspiration. Their dedication to academics and community service inspires me to work hard and strive for excellence. Witnessing their genuine kindness and their commitment to giving back is truly uplifting. They also remind me of the importance of wellness, taking time for friends and fun, and stepping away to recharge when needed.

It's a privilege to work alongside the alumnae board of directors, a remarkable group of women who are deeply committed to the well-being of the members and the house itself. The house is a beautiful, light-filled space with comfortable areas for studying, sharing meals, and connecting. This combination—the caring members, the dedicated alumnae, and the lovely house—creates a wonderful and truly special culture at Alpha Gamma Delta.
